Salary FTE £18,000; Uncapped commission. OTE FTE £25,000+

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales marketeer to make outbound calls to our prospect database of SMEs.


About the role:

You will be calling prospects from a tried and tested script, following up on previous contact to establish a need for business growth, freeing up the owner’s time or improving how their teams work. Your objective is to book an appointment for the Business Coach to meet them face to face (when restrictions are lifted)

You will be responsible for:

  • Outbound calling prospects; owners of SMEs
  • Navigating the gatekeeper to ensure you speak with the business owner
  • Establishing the need for business growth, to make more money, to free up the owners time or to get their team working effectively
  • Booking an appointment for a meeting with the Business Coach
  • Building a pipeline of potential contacts
  • Updating and using the company CRM system effectively

Your KPIs:

  • Minimum of one meeting booked per 5 hours worked
  • At least 75% of the booked meetings take place
  • Business Owner contact rate and conversion rates
